Did you know there is so many different types of sand beaches around the world?
Our sand types poster and flash card pack will make a great addition to your ocean units, earth science studies or as a fun touch to your morning baskets.
 
This pack includes
-1x A4 size poster- with 12 types of sand beachs
-12x round edge flash cards ( these are a 3-part style so make a total of 24) - As a size reference 4x flashcards fit to 1 size A4 paper.
We have added a bonus 1x research and answer the sand type worksheet for you to print duplicates as a extra acitivity and to go more in depth with the different kind of sand types.
 
Some fun ways to use our cards include:
-Use in your morning baskets and sensory stations - have a go at trying to create a scene setup with 1 of the different sand types as a theme. You could use rocks you have collected as rocky sand,  shell grit as shell sand , or coloured kinectic sand for some of the other types. 
-Double print our flash cards and use as a memory match game.
- Set a card up at your art stations and get your child to make or create that sand using art supplies - paint,colouring pencils,craft materials, nature finds.
 
How to print:
To be printed on A4 size paper - thick card stock works best for flashcards and posters. Lmainate for durability. Then cut around borders tof form your cards.
